Clean, conscientious staff for covid and otherwise. Halibut steak very nice (huge), with generous vegetable sides. A treat after traveling a few days.

Nice big bar with dining room, and a pool table connected to the Hotel. Food is good, but over the 3 days we were there they kept running out of things. The last night we are there our first 3 choices were not available. Also the margarita machines were not working. That being said, most of the staff were friendly. Bartender Shaina was AWESOME. Super friendly and very efficient.

Ribeye was very good. And cooked to my liking. Service was amazing once it got to our table. The old gangster/mobster theme of the place is really cool to see.

Came to Evanston for a night to get away from life. I stayed at this hotel with the best and quickest food! This restaurant has the nicest most caring bartenders and super yummy margarita slushies! I was there for cinco de mayo and watching the karaoke was one of the most fun nights I've had in awhile!

Considering the Covid restrictions, the staff is doing a great job and the food was delicious!

Over and under cooked rice it was like half mashed potatoes and half crunchy and the filet mignon was horribly cooked.

My steak was cooked to perfection. My bartender, Trey was top notch. The atmosphere was very relaxed and happy.The local patrons were pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. Good experience all around.

Miz Charlotte was our amazing server. Recommended dishes were awesome and came out quickly, cooked to perfection and sent us back to our hotel with leftovers. We actually stopped at another location, and the snooty employee told us without a reservation, they couldn't feed us. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SNOOTY COMPETITOR!! Legal Tender will be out go to dinner spot every time we make this trip back and forth from Portland to KC!!

My wife and i have friday night date night this is in our top go to restaurants. Also the staff is awesome.

Stephanie was our waitress. She was amazing. We were referred here by Chrissy from The Boot Barn. We had the 14 oz prime rib. It came within 5 minutes. We are from Wisconsin. If we were closer...we would definitely be back.

I’ve heard good things about this place unfortunately didn’t get to try it. I have little patience for a poor wait staff. So I was seated by the host. Sat there for about 10 minutes, finally saw a waiter i Took a dessert order from the table next to me. Then just walked right passed me. I turned around and saw 2 waitresses talking to the host. I made eye contact with one of them and she made it a point to walk around my table and avoid me. 5 or so minutes goes by and the first waiter shows up and asks a table that had just sat down if they wanted to order. Completely ignoring me. I sat there quietly didn’t make a scene. I then got up and left. All I can say about this establishment is there is a serious lack of leadership with poor management. I’m a guest at the hotel for the past week right now. I would rather go to a fast food joint then deal with this lack of service. I hope management sees this review and addresses these issues. FYI there was 4 seated tables so not busy.

Friendly and accommodating, had our St. Patrick's Day corned beef and cabbage (very good). Sadly the virus scare emptied out the place

The Clyde Sirloin steak salad was soooooo delicious. Tender meet and great balsamic dressing.

An amazing country fried steak. The salad bar in options of soup was awesome as well. Priced really reasonable. When I'm back in Evanston I'll definitely stop bye again.

Lets start with the good. Food was tasty and properly cooked. The sides were fresh and overall a clean place I would love to return to.NOW THE BADVery disappointing in the management and the lead hostess. Our server was kind, knowledgeable, and trying hard. But the hostess and management sat a 12-top, a 6-top, and three 2-top, and myself in a span of 10-15 minutes which overwhelmed the server. This resulted in all of us getting bad service and frustrated with the dining experience. Good management would not have slammed one server that much. In addition, they could have helped her by running drinks and food and other stuff.

Great food and great service. Yummy good stuff. Juliette is the bestest ever.

Let me start by saying the food was above average. With a slowdown of dining in during COVID, I can understand a slowdown in service. But, with three to four waitresses and only six tables occupied, there is NO reason to run out of drinks. There didn’t seem to be an urge to wait on customers. I would’ve given one more star, save for the fact you could hear an employee swearing in the kitchen every 5-10 minutes. The food, I think, would be worth going back for, but you better have patience and plenty of time before stopping here.

Huge beds very comfortable and the pool was nice and it had one of the best breakfasts I had so far hasbrowns 2 kinds of eggs bacon sausage and fresh fruit it was amazing

Good food, prices good, service was horrible when we went to pay. Waitress took my card then proceeded to take 2 tables orders, bring food to another table, get to go boxes and book for another table, 10 to 15 minutes later she comes back empty handed. She forgot she took our card, left it on counter that all the guests walked by.

Spaghetti was great! Homemade sauce and the house salad was awesome! The restaurant has alot of history!

This place was down the street from the hotel I stayed in. What an incredible dining experience. I was greeted by the most friendly hostess, she took my order and in less than 10 minutes my food was ready to go, correctly made and oh was the steak delicious. I was concerned because they very busy but my order was complete and cooked to my specifications.

Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer a breakfast buffet on the weekend and have a salad and soup bar everyday. The staff is friendly and the prices are pretty good for the quality and amount of food you receive. I would recommend checking out this restaurant that is located in the Best Western if you are in the area and searching for more than fast food.

Appearance was nice. I don't know if it was the waitress or the cook staff, but started off ordering steak and baked potato...no baked potatoes, I ordered the fish dinner with grilled asparagus. Got 4 PC's of asparagus. I made comments and waitress apologized and brought out more. It was delicious!!! Fish was good.Heard other patrons having same issues, no rice, no turkey or cottage cheese on the salad bar. Overall what food we did have was good!

Just ate lunch here today. Had the Elliot Ness. The steak seasoning was superb, and the fried shrimp were piping hot. The fries were good too. I had a delicious slice of pecan pie for dessert. All the staff were super super friendly. The restaurant has a really nice rustic theme, which was great. I would definitely go here again and recommend it to others.

We had the t-bone steak dinner and it was the best. Great food, great service, and great price. What more could anyone want. Definitely a 5 star place.

Best food in town been coming here for years and the staff are always friendly and on top of it. Food is amazing! Will keep coming back.

We got here late on a Thursday night and this was the only place open. I was skeptical about a hotel restaurant but thought I would give it a try. There is nothing particularly classy about this place, but the food was good. I had a t-bone steak and my wife had a rib-eye steak. They were both very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Really good fillet mignon and halibut entrees. Kori, our server, was prompt and cheerful. It was a very nice meal!

I love this place, the only problem which is not much of one really is the small menu. But the theme is 1920s/1930s era gangsters, with pictures of all the famous outlaws and lawmen of the era. Great staff, very friendly and quick on their feet and the food is top-notch. I never miss a chance to come here when I'm visiting the area.

We had a party of 4 for lunch we got 4 waters 1 beer, 2 chicken fried steak meals, 1 fish basket, 1 steak dinner, and 1 salad bar trip it was 138.00 before the tip. Way over priced for just okay food. I would recommend Bon ricos for about the same price and way better food and service.

Billy Meat here, just checking in.I showed up thinking I was gonna get a good meal, but I walked away thinking I just had the best steak in Wyoming. Only thing that made me mad was that nobody in my party got the pasta, because I'm guessing they have the best pasta in Wyoming too. Either which way, steak, burgers, onion rings, and baked potatoes are all incredible. Not to mention, the staff are all super friendly and everything's clean. Y'all are doing it right!
